STAFF UPDATE: Four of our Staff Members attended a brief meeting at the Venue yesterday evening. We are so excited and looking forward to a great Event full of TALENT, fun and laughter..........inspired by our LIVE ENTERTAINERS!

We, the staff of Swag Productions, had our Staff Meeting on Tuesday. All Staff scheduled to be in attendance did participate as we discussed each topic on our agenda. At the request of our Staff Members another meeting will take place this evening at 8:00 p.m.
We also have a scheduled meeting that will take place within the next three weeks. This Meeting will include all Staff Members, DJ's and Artists. Our Show Night Vendors that have secured their space, are not required to attend, but are welcome. A memo will be sent to all, including our Show Night Vendors.

Behind The Scenes Update: We have had two productive meetings, Monday and Tuesday, that went well and we will follow up by Saturday. We are currently scheduling to meet with Artists, Vendors and Staff for the rest of the week to ensure your Live Entertainment pleasure, joy and fun.

We, the staff of Swag Productions, have been working hard on the Bring It to the Stage event. This week has been very busy, as we have been working diligently irregardless of time. Frankly, we have been at it non-stop.
We have detailed each agenda for Show Night, now it is time to get the work done that is outlined on our "Production List" of things to do. We have three scheduled meetings this week, with Agendas already in order. SWAG PRODUCTIONS will also briefly meet up with our Unsigned Artists, Talent, Vendors and Ticket Distributors. Staff have reviewed all production planning in the office, and now it is field time!!!
