One Step at A Time 

Have you been wondering where or how to begin living a healthy and fit lifestyle? Andrew Randall, Physical Trainer, has personal experience with transforming body and mind with healthy eating, living and exercise. 

Changes in Stages began in 2008 for Andrew Randall, Dru Fit, tipping the scale at 240 lbs. Simple daily activities of living became challenging for him. As he walked up a flight of stairs, Andrew found it hard to catch his breath.

In 2013 health and wellness became his focus, as Dru Fit began studying to become a Physical Trainer. Andrew then began to make better choices which produced healthy results. His waist shrunk, skin was brighter and he felt more energized.

Dru Fit Action Steps:
  • Drink more water to stay hydrated and feel full
  • Eat a piece of fruit daily for micro nutrients which help to flush your body
  • Walk more, increase your daily physical activities 
  • Cook nutritious meals 


Dru Fit suggests a combination of cardio and weight training, a 30 min / 30 min split is efficient to taking the first step. Andrew's vision of health and wellness for all people, begins by taking one step at a time, to make Changes In Stages
